Greensides has participated in all lucky thirteen years of this event. He divides his time between living in Sayward and
traveling to various locales where he has several projects on the go.
Max Chickite is one of the founders of the Driftwood-Carving Competition. It was started on July 1st, 1996 and
this year was the 13th Anniversary. He makes movie sets for a living in Victoria and he is probably one of the
fastest carvers at the competition. When not working, Max lives in Campbell River. |
