Amateur Category

Originally from Holland, Oscar has been in the Qualicum Bay, Bowser area for quite a few years now.  He is a woodworker and builds houses, etc. - all aspects of carpentry.  Started carving a few years ago on flat stock, moved to other shapes, burls, logs when the flatwork got boring.  They won 3rd place in the Amateur Category for their carving "The World Can Be a Heavy Load".
