ADOPT A CARVING PROGRAM APPLICATION/AGREEMENT


Due to the increasing demand, we are offering on a limited time basis, carvings from our annual carving competition to be available for "adoption".  Businesses will be able to adopt a carving, with the understanding that said carving will remain the property of the Campbell River Shoreline Arts Society at all times.

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to those who wish to adopt one of our carvings:

• carving will remain the property of CRSAS at all times;
• carving for adoption will be approved by CRSAS;
• carving must be placed in a secure manner and in public
  view;
annual maintenance will be the responsibility of the
  adopter...including washing and varnishing
  (if necessary)  
(Please contact (250) 202-0176 if you have questions regarding the maintenance and care of your carving);
• carving will remain in your possession until you wish it
  removed or until CRSAS feels that it would be in the best
  interests of the carving to have it moved;
• a minimum donation of $150.00 annually will be required;
• all applications to adopt a carving will be assessed and
  awarding of carving(s) will be made accordingly.
