Quick Carve:
We will be having a one-hour “Quick Carve” on Sunday July 3, 2011 at
11:00 am. The carver will then have one additional hour to do finishing work.
The completed “Quick Carve” carvings will be auctioned at 3:00 pm. The net
proceeds (after any auctioneer’s fees) will be split with 75% to the carver and
the balance to CRSAS

– July 3, 2011.
TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES:

Out-of-town carvers will be reimbursed
at least 25% of travel expenses (meals excluded), upon submission of receipts
to Entry Coordinator. Subject
to a maximum of $500 per carver.
ACCOMMODATION:

- Once you have been notified of your motel/hotel, it is imperative
that you contact them immediately with your exact date of arrival
and whether you wish Smoking or Non/Smoking. Failure to do so may result in loss of your reservation! Accommodation will be arranged for carver
only. Hotel/motel may charge for additional occupants.
